ABOUT THE DOJO
Established in 1999, but not effectively utilized until 2021, the Doge Dojo is the Tri-Cities premier (and only) roller hockey rink. The House of Doge hosts many events including riveting roller hockey matches, brutal roller derby matches, and the occasional birthday party. The Doge Dojo is a hockey safe haven for all ages and all skill levels. There is a strict “no judgment, all fun” policy. The only way to get good is to try and try again. Remember the famous quote from Matt Damon “Fortune favors the bold.” Come join The DogeMeister in some wheels, snipes, and cellies… followed with traditional game sticks and celebrations at the local BWWs.

Founder and Builder of the House of Doge. After discovering his passion for hockey at the ripe young age of 3, Doge set out on a pilgrimage to establish roller hockey as the number one sport in America. Doge recruited greats like MoSaucy Regertzky, Petra Bonorovsky, Boo Harpeeson, and Samuel Rosenbaum. With the combined skill of Regertzky and flair of 'The Podfather' Bonorovsky, the greatest sport on earth was set to pull crowds from all over the world. It did not. It has failed miserably up to this point. However, that has not defenestrated Doge’s passion for roller hockey. Along with hockey, Mr. Doge enjoys long walks at Howard Amon Park, crushing noobs in Pokemon Go, and running the occasional marathon in Peru. Catch Doge Dogerson skipping leg day and shredding it up on the rink any given Wednesday.
First Assistant to Father Doge, Daphne 'Dogerella' Patterson, has been integral to the scheduling, outreach, and recognition of the Doge Dojo. She is in charge of keeping Dogerson grounded and realistic in the day to day operations of the house of Doge. A real natural, Dogerella has been wrist-shotting scorchers in the 5 hole ever since she picked up a stick as a young adult. A menace on the rink but an angel to her peeps, Dogerella enjoys Tetris, using her day planner, and telling everyone about her recent bout of Meningitis.
The DogeMeister is the youngest member of the Doge Family. Danny ensures Dogerella has everything she needs for random administrative business. He has no real roller hockey skill, but he still enjoys spending time out on the rink learning to skate and avoiding hard checks from Dogerella. When not tearing it up on the rink, Danny enjoys paddleboarding on the Columbia River, buying copious amounts of board games, and discussing the latest upgrades to his Tesla.
